Young Talents, Global Impact: Inside the Egis Young Executives Seminar in Brazil
How do you spark innovation across continents? At Egis, we believe the answer lies in empowering the next generation of leaders, and giving them space to challenge, connect and create. That’s exactly what the latest edition of our Young Executives Seminar set out to do.
Hosted in the vibrant city of São Paulo, Brazil, this third edition brought together 33 young professionals from 17 countries, for two intense days of collaboration, ideation and leadership exchange. After previous editions in India and Africa, the Americas took center stage — and the energy was palpable.
High-level guests for an insightful, idea-full session!
With the presence of Laurent Germain, CEO of the Egis Group, Leonardas Mitrulis, CEO of Egis in Brazil, and renowned economist and thinker Jacques Attali, the event was designed to go beyond borders — and beyond business as usual. Participants were encouraged to explore some of the most pressing questions facing our industry today:
How can we accelerate the environmental and energy transition?
How can we rethink our relationship with clients and partners?
What kind of leadership does the future demand?
The diversity in the room wasn’t just geographic. Different fields, different cultures, different perspectives came together — and that’s where the real magic happened. What emerged was a collective intelligence rooted in Egis’ global DNA: the belief that sustainable progress can only happen when people are empowered to think differently and act boldly.
The beginning of greater things to come for the Egis group!
From collaborative workshops to thought-provoking conversations, the seminar was a unique opportunity to build global connections and ignite fresh ideas. It also offered a clear signal to Egis’ rising talents: your voice matters, and your ambition is the key to building the world of tomorrow.
A huge thank you to all the young professionals who took part! We are looking forward to the next edition.
