What has shaped you most as a commercial leader throughout your career?

Working across diverse projects and cultures has taught me that people are the greatest driver of success. Strong relationships and clear decision-making consistently deliver the best outcomes.

Becoming a RICS Fellow is both an honour and a responsibility, years of dedication as well. It motivates me to continue learning, leading, and giving back to the profession.

The biggest lesson is that complexity demands simplicity in leadership. Clear governance and timely decisions make the greatest difference.

Integrity is the quality that underpins every successful programme. It builds trust, strengthens relationships, and enables better decisions.
