At Egis, we believe in inclusive innovation

Posting date: 27/05/25

Innovation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) is only as impactful as the diversity of the people behind it. At Egis, we are convinced that building sustainable, resilient, and equitable solutions requires the contribution of all talents.

STEM fields have long faced challenges in representation—particularly for women, people with disabilities, and individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This underrepresentation not only limits access to opportunity but also narrows the scope of innovation. Diverse teams are more likely to challenge assumptions, identify overlooked needs, and design solutions that are inclusive by nature.

Inclusion is not a checkbox—it’s a mindset. That’s why Egis has taken concrete steps to foster a more inclusive culture. We’ve signed the Syntec-Ingénierie gender equality charter, partnered with the “Elles bougent” association to inspire young women to pursue engineering careers, and launched internal initiatives like Diversity & Inclusion Day and Disability Week. These actions reflect our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

But inclusion doesn’t stop at recruitment. It’s about ensuring equal access to career development, leadership opportunities, and decision-making roles. We are actively working to diversify our talent pipelines and embed inclusive leadership practices across all levels of the organization.

By embracing diversity in STEM, we’re not just doing what’s right—we’re building better, more innovative solutions for the communities we serve. At Egis, we believe that inclusive innovation is the key to shaping a future that benefits everyone.
