The Group has expanded its international presence, now generating over €100 million in revenue in seven countries—up from just one in 2020. This growth has been driven by a combination of organic development and targeted acquisitions, particularly in high-potential regions such as the Middle East, North America, and Australia.
Internally, Egis has adopted a new integrated organisation, designed to foster agility, collaboration, and cross-functional innovation. The implementation of a matrix structure has enabled better coordination between business lines and geographies, while digital tools—such as BIM, digital twins, and AI—have enhanced project delivery and client satisfaction.

In 2024, the Group’s greenhouse gas reduction targets were validated by the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), reinforcing its commitment to climate action.
