About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into our organization.

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to different roles and departments within the organization
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources and materials are prepared for new hires
  • Conduct orientation sessions and provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and culture
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the onboarding process, including paperwork, system access, and equipment allocation
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including welcome packages, training schedules, and employee handbooks
  • Track and analyze onboarding metrics to continuously improve the process and enhance employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations throughout the onboarding process
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns during the initial employment period
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create role-specific onboarding plans and timelines
  • Facilitate cross-cultural integration for international employees joining the Saudi workforce

What do we need from you

  • Saudi national with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or onboarding roles, preferably in a multinational organization
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian work culture, business practices, and labor laws
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Familiarity with best practices in employee onboarding and retention strategies
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in the onboarding process
