We're looking for an experienced Senior AVIT & Security Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge audio-visual integration technology (AVIT) systems while safeguarding our organization's IT infrastructure through robust security measures. You'll work collaboratively across departments to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our operational capabilities while maintaining the highest security standards. • Design and implement large-scale AVIT systems that align with organizational objectives and industry standards, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
• Develop, deploy, and maintain comprehensive IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and critical systems from evolving threats
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and audits to identify potential risks and recommend remediation strategies
• Implement and manage advanced network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, and access control mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AVIT solutions with IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AVIT and security issues with efficiency and precision, providing timely support to end users
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AVIT and cybersecurity
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AVIT systems, security procedures, and technical specifications
• Train, mentor, and support junior team members on AVIT best practices, security protocols, and professional development
• Manage AVIT and security projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance system performance and security posture

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in AVIT and security engineering roles
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale audio-visual systems
• Strong knowledge of IT security systems, network security protocols, and cybersecurity best practices
• Hands-on experience with network security tools and technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, endpoint protection)
• Proficiency in security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing methodologies
• Solid understanding of AV protocols and standards (HDMI, DisplayPort, HDBaseT, IP-based AV systems)
• Experience with unified communications and collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with cloud security, remote access solutions, and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar)
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent
• Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex IT security and AVIT projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members
