About the Role

The Group Security Analyst supports the implementation of Egis' global Security Strategy by providing security intelligence, risk analysis, operational security support, and reporting. The role contributes to protecting Egis employees, operations, assets, and reputation worldwide through proactive monitoring of the security environment, security risk assessments, travel security support, and participation in incident and crisis management activities.

Working within the Group Security team, the Analyst collaborates with regional and country stakeholders to strengthen security governance, enhance organizational resilience, and support the continuous improvement of the Group Security function.


What do we need from you

Education

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in International Relations, Security Studies, Risk Management, Political Science, Crisis Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, security intelligence, geopolitical analysis, or crisis management.
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • International field experience would be an asset.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of geopolitical, security, and operational risk issues.
  • Experience conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation measures.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and produce clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaborative digital tools.
  • Familiarity with security monitoring, risk management, and travel security platforms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and use of AI-enabled productivity tools is desirable.

Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • French would be an advantage 
  • Any additional language is a plus
