About the Role
Step into a role where your ideas and curiosity genuinely matter. As a Graduate Façade Engineer, you’ll contribute to real projects from your first week. You’ll support façade design, building performance modelling and technical documentation across a variety of buildings.

What We Offer You
- Mentorship: guidance and support from Façades and Sustainability experts.
- Continuous Learning: exposure to rating frameworks, building codes and standards all within a supportive environment.
- Collaboration: work closely with architects, structural, façade and acoustic engineers and other consultants to determine the best building physics and sustainability outcomes.
- Hands-on Experience: practical involvement in building physics design, façade performance assessments and modelling to understand the internal user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Teamwork: you’ll work alongside a variety of specialists, learning how different disciplines come together to deliver successful projects. Building relationships with clients on projects and developing contacts within the façade industry.
- Problem Solving: tackle real challenges, think creatively and help shape practical solutions that improve project outcomes. Undertaking the design, engineering and documentation for façade and build-ability consultancy inclusive of detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings and specifications.
- Quality Focus: learn how we meet industry standards and regulations while delivering work we’re proud of. Reviewing contractor submissions, show drawings and calculations.
What do we need from you
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduate with a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering (Structural)
- Available to start February 2027
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
About You
- Strong interested in big picture design, architecture and sustainability
- Detail orientated and analytical
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
- Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
