About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in structural engineering while contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

  • Assist senior engineers in the design and analysis of structural systems for various construction projects
  • Perform structural calculations and create detailed drawings using industry-standard software
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather necessary data
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, building codes, and regulations
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance your engineering skills
  • Support the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution
  • UAE national (Emirati)
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 and ETABS
  • Strong AutoCAD skills for creating detailed structural drawings
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid mathematical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Basic understanding of structural engineering principles and practices
  • Willingness to participate in site visits and field work when required
