About the Role
Are you ready to help shape the future? Our two-year Graduate Program is dedicated to nurturing the early stages of your consulting career.
We're looking for Graduates interested in innovation, sustainability and problem solving to join our dynamic Urban Development team in the Sunshine Coast for 2027!

Key Responsibilities:
- Teamwork: You’ll work alongside a variety of specialists, learning how different disciplines come together to deliver successful projects. With a wide variety of projects from land development to residential.
- Problem Solving: Tackle real challenges, think creatively and help shape practical solutions that improve project outcomes.
- Quality Focus: Learn how we meet industry standards and regulations while delivering work we’re proud of
What do we need from you
Who We're Looking For
- Available to start February 2027
- Recent tertiary degree in Civil Engineering
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
- Collaborative and enjoys problem solving
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting or construction environment highly desired
- Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
