About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our EPMO team as a Power BI & PMIS Expert, with a strong background in Engineering and Infrastructure projects. This role is pivotal in supporting the digital transformation of our project management practices by enhancing data analytics, automation, systems integration, and organizational awareness of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Power BI dashboards, data validation, project controls, KPIs, and PMIS systems, with proven experience in managing large datasets across projects, programs, and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI & Data Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards tailored to Infrastructure project needs (Projects, Programs & Portfolios).
  • Develop and implement automated data models and ETL processes from diverse sources.
  • Ensure data integrity and validation of large, complex datasets coming from multiple project sources.
  • Integrate project schedule, cost, risk, and resource data into centralized reporting tools.

PMIS Implementation & Automation

  • Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Project Management Information System (PMIS)/Database across the organization. Including configuration and administration of the databases and data structures, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Design, manage, and maintain relational databases used in support of project reporting, PMIS, and analytics tools.
  • Lead or participate in the digital transformation of project management practices through automation, system integration, and process innovation.
  • Drive the development of the Client automation processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Integrate PMIS with Oracle, SAP, BIM, GIS, and A/E Information Management systems to streamline workflows and ensure data consistency.
  • Promote entity-wide awareness of digital tools and solutions that support project management excellence.
  • Contribute to the creation of guidelines, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials to build a culture of digital excellence.

 


What do we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in Dashboard Development, infrastructure projects, project controls, and data analytics.
  • Proven experience in developing complex Power BI dashboards connected to large data ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of Project Controls, Earned Value Management, KPIs, and Portfolio Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with PMIS implementation and integration (e.g., Oracle Unifier, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and normalization principles.
  • Experience with automation tools, scripting & Database Systems (e.g., DAX, Power Query M, SQL), system APIs, and process design.
  • Familiarity with integration methodologies involving Oracle, SAP, BIM, GIS, and Design/Engineering systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
