Data Modeler & AI Analyst – Urban Decision Systems

Our projects are focused on the early stages of development—such as feasibility, design, and planning—as well as post-delivery evaluations and optimization. With expertise in engineering, architecture, and technology, we shape the future of urban spaces and infrastructure. 

This role focuses on the design and maintenance of data systems that integrate project KPIs, timelines, spatial metrics, and feasibility indicators. The Data Modeller supports strategic decision-making across RIBA Stage 0–1 through AI-assisted analysis and cascading GFA/land-use logic. This position requires the ability to model data across regional, urban, and asset scales — ensuring structured intelligence can inform both large-scale strategies and individual site planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build databases linking spatial data (land use, GFA, location) with project KPIs.
• Develop AI-assisted models and dashboards for project and code implementation.
• Automate cascading logic from project parameters into reporting systems.
• Support feasibility and real estate programming calculations including GFA distribution.
• Ensure compatibility with urban codes and client dashboards.
