About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Associate Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane. In this role, you'll lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of urban development projects. You'll also work closely with senior leadership to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of our Brisbane operations.

What do we need from you

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering

  • 10+ years’ experience in Urban Development

  • CPEng and RPEQ accreditation

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support stakeholder engagement and business development

  • Solid project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance

  • A strong technical background in urban development or related fields
