About the Role

THIS OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team in attracting top talent for Egis BLN USA Inc. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hiring managers and technical experts, Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work closely with Operational Managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility to attract diverse candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases, tracking progress through the recruitment pipeline and providing regular updates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and fostering a positive experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to improve candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Support administrative tasks related to onboarding.
  • Support candidate through the Visa immigration process, if necessary.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND RELEVANT TECHNOLOGIES

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Ability to leverage data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness

What do we need from you

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • This position requires a professional with a strong, pre-established network in our target sectors (civil Engineering, Rail & Mass transit, Energy), capable of identifying, approaching, and securing top-tier talent for complex, high-stakes projects
