Design Management and Technical Support: Oversee the overall management of design development and provide technical support to the construction management team throughout the construction phase, ensuring seamless integration of design and execution.
PASC Liaison and Interface Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the design guardian consultant, managing the relationship and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the project.
Design Review Coordination: Lead the coordination of design review activities across the entire project, ensuring alignment with project goals, technical requirements, and quality standards.
Design Optimization and Value Management: Identify opportunities to optimize design elements, driving value engineering efforts to enhance cost-efficiency and performance without compromising quality.
Issue Resolution and Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth project progression and alignment with project objectives.
Lessons Learned and Knowledge Sharing: Capture and share lessons learned across all design and construction packages, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring best practices are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the Interface and Stakeholder Manager to ensure stakeholder requirements are effectively identified, communicated, and integrated into the design process.
Quality Support: Support the Quality Manager in conducting quality reviews of the design process, ensuring that the design meets all technical, regulatory, and quality standards.
Minimum Years of Overall Post- Graduate Experience - 15 years
6 years of minimum experience in GCC
High proficiency in English & Arabic
