About the Role
Egis Group have recently been awarded the design scope of works for anew passenger terminal building for a major greenfield Airport. We are looking for a Project Manager to help support in initiating the internal arrangements between global, cross-functional teams through the course of project delivery.
· Project Management of Aviation/Airport projects. This includes from Masterplanning, to schematic and detail design kind of projects.
· Engaging with other teams, internal to Egis or subconsultants in the project(s).
· Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering projects from initiation to completion.
· Support senior project managers in resource allocation, timeline tracking, and budget management.
· Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.
· Coordinate with engineering teams, subconsultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
· Help manage project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, risk assessments, and change requests.
· Identify and escalate project risks and issues to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
· Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
· Engage and coordinate with remote Egis Aviation teams in Asia and other supporting regions.
· Support development of client network and develop project opportunities.
What do we need from you
EDUCATION LEVEL -
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Architecture
- Masters in similar field would be beneficial, but not essential
EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in the civil engineering sector
SKILLS
- Skills in Project Management. CAPM, PMP could be beneficial
- Capable of representing Egis with Clients
- A team player with solid result-driven personality to get things done on time with quality, follow up with details and accuracy.
- A fast learner, willing to step out of own comfort zone to explore, collaborate, and action with business partners/stakeholders/customers.
- Strong communication in English within a business context
