About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Project Coordinator - Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is specifically for Emirati Nationals as part of our commitment to developing local talent. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various infrastructure projects across the UAE.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Identify potential risks and issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them
  • Support the procurement process for project materials and services
  • Liaise with government entities to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of infrastructure development processes and UAE construction regulations
  • Familiarity with local government procedures and standards
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
  • Must be an Emirati National
