We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects in the UAE or Middle East region.

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Dubai and the UAE
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients
• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes throughout all stages of construction
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines, costs, or quality
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative construction techniques, and sustainable building practices

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse project teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and mitigate project risks
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license
