Design & Engineering
- Lead the design and technical development of water, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation networks.
- Perform detailed hydraulic modeling for gravity systems and pressurized networks.
- Prepare high‑quality engineering drawings, design reports, and BOQs using Civil 3D/AutoCAD.
Project Delivery
- Oversee planning, tendering, and construction supervision activities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Management
- Liaise with government authorities, utility providers, consultants, and developers.
- Ensure compliance with local standards, international best practices, and project specifications.
- Support obtaining NOCs, approvals, and permits.
Quality & Risk Management
- Conduct site assessments, technical evaluations, and design reviews.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in the design and delivery of water-related infrastructure networks.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and leading hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, EPANET).
- Strong understanding of regional authority regulations and infrastructure standards.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale development or master planning projects is an advantage.
