The Wet Utilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing and supervising the civil works related to wet utilities projects, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and standards. This role involves reviewing site delivery orders, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supervising facilities and networks to ensure the successful development of water and sanitation infrastructure within industrial cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the implementation of civil works in wet utilities projects, ensuring adherence to approved specifications and industry standards.
- Review and verify site delivery orders, ensuring all associated documentation is accurate and complete.
- Ensure all wet utilities works comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all project phases, including construction activities and inspections.
- Supervise facilities, pipelines, and networks related to wet utilities to ensure their proper installation and functionality.
- Collaborate with project team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless progress of wet utilities projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in wet utilities projects, with a strong background in supervising facilities and networks.
- Proficient understanding of project practices, standards, and procedures.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing infrastructure studies, specifications, and material/equipment requirements.
- Strong technical and analytical skills in wet utilities infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail for quality control and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
