About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Welding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing welding processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in our welding operations.
- Develop and implement welding procedures and specifications for various projects
- Analyze and troubleshoot welding-related issues to improve efficiency and quality
- Conduct weld inspections and oversee quality control processes
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure welding requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest welding technologies and industry standards
- Train and mentor welding technicians and operators
- Manage welding documentation and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry codes
- Optimize welding processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in welding engineering, preferably in Steel Bridges or Steel Structures
- Must have AWS or CSWIP 3.2 Certification
- Experience with AWS D1.5
- Valid UAE Driving License
