In the UK, we're proud to be delivering some of the most iconic projects which help connect people, protect our environment, and meet emission reduction targets. From motorways to tramways, and nuclear power plants to smart cities, clients choose us to help them solve their most complex challenges - delivering climate-responsible growth that meets the needs of communities, industry and the planet

Egis in the UK has seen high growth in recent years, through strong organic growth and the acquisition of bolt-on companies. A common UK business infrastructure has also been concurrently rolled out, including finance shared services and finance business partnering to all entities across the UK. Additionally, the roll-out of the Oracle ERP to a majority of UK entities in January 2025, in Wave 1 a Group-wide ERP roll-out project (‘Project Earth’).

About the Role

This critical role combines two elements of our continued transformation of the business:

  • As we acquire new entities in the UK, as we restructure our legal entities, and as we mature in our finance systems, we have a continued need for leadership of this transformation from a finance system perspective.
  • We also have a continued need for a Project Manager to cover all aspects of the finance roll-out of the subsequent waves of entities adopting the Oracle ERP in the UK, and optimising our use of the functionality of Oracle.

We anticipate these two aspects of the role taking around 50% of the time each, although there will be natural peaks in the workload for each of these around system changes/roll-outs.
