At Egis, we present an Early Careers Program consisting of a Summer Internship and two-year Graduate Program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills.

We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Interns to join our dynamic Transport teams in Wellington for 2025 Summer!


What do we need from you

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong academic performance in relevant coursework.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in New Zealand.
  • Genuine interest in contributing to diverse and large-scale projects, including infrastructure development, transportation systems, urban planning, and sustainable building solutions.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
