- At least 10 years of experience in road safety design and remedial engineering schemes, not just TDP management.
- Experience working with consultancies or firms that conduct road safety audits and provide design solutions.
- Familiarity with the Qatar Highway Design Manual (QHDM) is essential.
- Strong experience in engineering-based road safety solutions rather than traffic diversion.
- Experience preparing engineering-based solutions to managing traffic
- Experienced investigating and preparing remedial road safety engineering schemes
- Proven ability to review road design schemes
- Proven ability to review engineering-based policies and related documents
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
- Work experience in Qatar is desirable
- Degree from a recognized university in civil engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in preparing engineering-based solutions for traffic management.
- Proven expertise in investigating and preparing remedial road safety engineering schemes.
- Ability to review road design schemes and engineering-based policies.
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
