About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Testing and Integration Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. In this crucial role, you will lead our testing and integration efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet our organization's standards and customer expectations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies for complex software systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Oversee the integration of various software components and systems, ensuring seamless functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, test plans, and test cases
  • Manage the execution of manual and automated tests throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient testing and deployment processes
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and integration
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between testing efforts and business objectives
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing processes

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools
  • Proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes
  • Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with integration testing, system testing, and end-to-end testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and quality assurance processes
  • ISTQB certification is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
