Tender Analysis and Compliance
- Analyse tender documents (RFP, technical specifications, scope of works) and produce a structured compliance matrix identifying all mandatory requirements.
- Assess project context, client expectations, and technical constraints to inform the bid strategy in collaboration with the Bid Manager.
- Identify technical risks and contribute to risk mitigation planning across the bid scope.
Technical Content Development
- Draft technical sections of bid responses, including methodology, staffing plans, and operational approaches, in close coordination with internal subject matter experts.
- Ensure technical content is accurate, coherent, and aligned with the overall win strategy and value proposition.
- Coordinate with operational teams, technical experts, and subcontractors to gather, review, and validate technical inputs.
- Review and quality-check technical contributions from partners and subcontractors to ensure consistency and compliance.
Bid Coordination and Support
- Support the Bid Manager in defining the technical solution, identifying resource requirements, and structuring the bid response.
- Contribute to Go/No-Go and Bid/No-Bid assessments by providing a technical feasibility perspective.
- On smaller tenders, lead the end-to-end bid response process independently, from analysis through to submission.
Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement
- Maintain and build the library of reusable technical content, including methodologies, reference project sheets, and sector-specific approaches.
- Ensure comprehensive archiving of all technical bid documentation.
- Contribute to post-bid lessons-learned reviews and share best practices across the Tender Unit

- Professional experience in tender preparation, proposal writing, or project coordination
- Proven expertise in developing and managing tender documentation and bid submissions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications and requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of tender processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or procurement sectors is preferred
- Familiarity with tender management software or systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
