About the Role
As the Technical Director – Transmission & Distribution, NSW, you will be a key technical authority in our energy sector, driving excellence in transmission and distribution projects. Based in NSW, you will leverage your strong technical expertise and deep industry connections to enhance Egis' capability and grow our presence in the region.
In this role, you will:
Provide strategic and technical leadership on major transmission and distribution projects.
Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders in NSW.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to bids and tenders.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions in energy infrastructure.
Represent Egis at industry events, conferences, and technical forums, positioning the company as a leader in transmission and distribution.
What do we need from you
Extensive experience in transmission and distribution within the energy sector.
Strong technical expertise, particularly in transmission projects.
Proven leadership experience in delivering complex energy infrastructure projects.
Established network and client relationships within NSW.
Ability to provide expert technical advice and drive engineering excellence.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to support business growth.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
