This role contributes to the successful implementation & management of talent campaigns within Egis HRMS platforms. This role would facilitate smooth, compliant, effective talent processes, consistency of talent data and using the platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management Campaign
- Support review period creation and campaigns setup (performance and goal plans) for the eligible population.
- Assist and follow requests for the creation and update of performance documents and questionnaires
- Create and update Group Library Goals and mass-assign goals across populations when needed.
Talent Pool Administration
- Assign contributors and ensure consistency across HR teams.
- Support deletion and modification of Talent Pools as needed.
Talent Review and Succession Planning
- Program Management of Talent Reviews Campaigns
- Assist with facilitator assignment and access rights.
- Provide support towards reporting changes and modifications on the tool for smooth delivery
System Configuration
- Facilitate service tickets & ensure adherence as per timelines on the tool
- Update performance documents, eligibility criteria for individual and financial goals, modifications of the Talent Profile section etc
- Assist employees with any inquiries, including attribution of access rights, delegation settings, and workflow approvals etc
SmartRecruiters
- Open and follow up on configuration tickets with SmartRecruiters
- Assist users & participate in the Talent Acquisition committee
- Communication and implementation of the monthly release updates on the tool
Reporting & Performance
- Collaborate with Group Talent and regional teams on PBI, OTBI and SmartRecruiters reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and historization after employee departures.
- Participate in the Group data and reports production, analysis and sharing with stakeholders.
Qualification Requirement:
- MBA (HR) - Good to have
- Any Under graduation
- 2-5 years of work experience
