The Talent Acquisition -Sourcing Manager will lead a team of Sourcing Partners across India and the
Middle East, driving effective sourcing strategies for Egis Middle East and its entities, as well as Egis
Engineering in India. This role requires a skilled professional with strong knowledge of Middle East talent
markets, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to manage diverse stakeholders while delivering
quality talent solutions in fast-paced and competitive markets.
- Manage and mentor a team of Sourcing Partners to ensure timely delivery of sourcing requirements.
- Set clear performance expectations, track team progress, and provide regular feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
- Oversee and ensure timely submission of qualified candidate profiles to Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies tailored to attract top talent for the Middle East and India markets.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, headhunting, and advanced Boolean search methods.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles, ensuring a proactive approach to sourcing.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, TA Partners, and Senior TA Partners, providing consultative support, market insights, and regular updates on the sourcing process.
- Collaborate with Senior TA Partners and the marketing team to develop recruitment marketing initiatives, define target audiences, and identify effective channels to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders across India and the Middle East to understand talent needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights on candidate availability and market conditions.
- Insights, and emerging talent sources, sharing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Continuously improve sourcing workflows to streamline the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards for sourcing deliverables.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve sourcing efficiency, team performance, and hiring outcomes.
- Manage recruitment tools, platforms, and databases effectively to enhance the sourcing process.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Ensure that the average time taken by the sourcing team to identify and present CVs of qualified candidates meets the Service Level Agreement, ensuring a timely and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain a high percentage of shortlisted candidates who advance to later stages (e.g., final interviews or offer stage), reflecting the quality of candidates initially presented by the sourcing team.
- Maintain or increase diversity within shortlisted candidates to support Egis’s inclusion goals, actively tracking representation to ensure a balanced and inclusive talent pool.
- Keep a high ratio of submitted candidates who successfully pass initial interview stages, demonstrating the sourcing team’s accuracy in assessing candidates' fit with hiring needs.
- Track outreach to passive candidates, monitoring response rates and engagement levels to assess the team's effectiveness in expanding the talent pool.
- Ensure consistent, transparent communication updates with TA Partners and hiring managers measuring both the frequency and quality of interactions to enhance alignment and proactive support.
- Measure the volume and quality of referrals from internal programs, contributing to a cost-effective and high-quality sourcing approach.
- Track candidate engagement with recruitment marketing efforts (e.g., job advertisements,
- LinkedIn posts, targeted recruitment ads) to assess the impact of employer branding initiatives on attracting talent
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on Middle East markets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other
- recruitment technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and recruitment analytics.
