About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across Australia and New Zealand to shape and deliver effective recruitment strategies. You’ll be instrumental in elevating the Engeny and Egis brand in the market, helping us attract and retain the exceptional talent that drives our success.

We’re seeking someone with experience recruiting within the engineering sector, ideally in an engineering consultancy environment, who understands the complexity of technical roles and project-based teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles across ANZ.

  • Provide expert advice on market insights, workforce trends and best-practice recruitment.

  • Drive proactive talent pipelining and employer brand initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and external partners to ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Support process improvement, systems optimisation and recruitment reporting across the ANZ region.

  • Collaborate with the wider People & Capability team to deliver integrated workforce solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how we attract talent across a growing region, working with a supportive and forward-thinking People & Capability team.

What do we need from you

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within an in-house or RPO environment.

  • Experience recruiting within the engineering industry, preferably in an engineering consultancy.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align recruitment activity with organisational goals.

  • Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing, market mapping and workforce planning.

  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

What's in it for you?

Egis is committed to creating an inclusive, flexible, and values-led workplace. We offer generous parental leave, support flexible work arrangements, and empower our people to thrive in a collaborative environment.

This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a growing global organisation — shaping how we attract and engage the people who help us design and deliver the cities of the future.
