We are seeking a skilled Systems Director to support an urban railway infrastructure project in Taiwan. This initiative is a key step toward modernizing transportation and delivering world-class standards. The project spans six years, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to its success from inception to completion.
Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies to align objectives and maintain compliance with international standards. You will oversee technical requirements, system interfaces, and quality benchmarks, ensuring each phase meets rigorous safety and performance criteria. Your expertise will guide strategic decisions and keep the project on track.
We are looking for professionals with strong technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of railway systems and infrastructure development. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate effective communication with local stakeholders. The ability to work on-site in Taiwan and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment is also required.

- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years in railway/metro projects, with 15 years in project management.
- Proven PMC or Owner’s Engineer experience.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems integration and project controls.
- Experience with international contractors and local authorities in Taiwan or East Asia.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English as essential.
