About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveying Engineer to join our infrastructure construction team in Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing surveying activities for road and utilities construction projects.

  • Conduct precise field surveys and collect data for infrastructure projects, including roads and utilities
  • Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and plans using specialized software
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of survey results
  • Oversee and manage surveying teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Perform calculations and data analysis to determine land boundaries, elevations, and other critical measurements
  • Develop and maintain survey control networks for large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with local and international surveying standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to project stakeholders

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional surveying license or certification
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure surveying, with a focus on road and utility construction projects
  • Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment and software
  • Expertise in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software
  • Strong knowledge of GIS software and applications
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Proven ability to manage surveying teams and coordinate with various project stakeholders
  • Strong technical report writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international surveying standards and regulations
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction industry practices and standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in various field conditions and travel to project sites as needed
