About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stakeholder Manager to join our team for an exciting Port Project in Kuwait. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all parties involved in this large-scale construction initiative.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder management strategy for the port project
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize project stakeholders, including government entities, contractors, local communities, and environmental groups
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and public consultations
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure stakeholder requirements and expectations are integrated into project plans and deliverables
  • Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder communication plans, ensuring timely and appropriate dissemination of project information
  • Work closely with the construction management and supervision teams to address stakeholder concerns related to project execution
  • Manage conflict resolution processes and negotiate solutions to complex stakeholder issues
  • Prepare regular stakeholder analysis reports and present findings to senior management

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in stakeholder management, preferably in large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management software
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, terminology, and industry standards
  • Experience in port or maritime construction projects is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
