Egis is seeking an RTA-approved Stakeholder Manager to lead and manage stakeholder engagement for major infrastructure and transportation projects in Dubai. The role is critical to ensuring alignment with RTA requirements, proactive coordination with authorities, utilities, and third parties, and the smooth delivery of projects with minimal disruption and risk.
The successful candidate will act as the single point of contact between the project team, RTA, government entities, utility providers, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface for RTA and all relevant Dubai authorities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement Management Plan aligned with RTA guidelines.
- Coordinate approvals, NOCs, permits, and stakeholder agreements required for project delivery.
- Lead regular stakeholder meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
- Identify stakeholder risks, constraints, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, changes, and impacts to stakeholders.
- Maintain a detailed stakeholder register, communication logs, and approval trackers.
- Support the project team in resolving stakeholder-related issues, conflicts, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with RTA processes, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate closely with design, construction, traffic, utilities, and project controls teams.

- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Experience working in PMC / consultant environments is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in stakeholder management within UAE infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Proven experience working directly with RTA, Dubai Municipality, utilities, and other local authorities.
- Strong knowledge of RTA processes, governance, and approval workflows.
- Demonstrated experience on large-scale road, rail, or urban infrastructure projects.
