About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Stakeholder Manager to join our team in Jordan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and aligning stakeholder interests with our organization's goals.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Identify, map, and prioritize key stakeholders across various projects and initiatives
  • Facilitate open and transparent communication channels between the organization and its stakeholders
  • Conduct regular stakeholder analysis to understand their needs, expectations, and potential impacts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder considerations are integrated into decision-making processes
  • Manage and mitigate potential conflicts or issues arising from stakeholder interactions
  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities and their outcomes
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in stakeholder management

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in stakeholder mapping and analysis techniques
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and sustainability practices
  • Understanding of industry trends and regulatory environment
  • Proficient in creating and delivering impactful presentations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
