About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Stakeholder Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders across various engineering projects, ensuring effective communication and alignment between technical teams and project stakeholders.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for complex engineering projects
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and mapping to identify key influencers and decision-makers
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts into easily understandable information
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements, ensuring they are accurately reflected in project plans and deliverables
- Analyze and visualize data to support decision-making and stakeholder reporting
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to stakeholder management
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and stakeholder expectations are met
- Develop and maintain stakeholder management documentation and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in stakeholder management and engineering
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management or related field, preferably in engineering or technical projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Expertise in stakeholder analysis, mapping, and engagement strategies
- Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation
- Advanced data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills
- Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and negotiation
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Understanding of business processes and organizational structures
- Familiarity with UAE business culture and practices (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Stakeholder Management certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
