Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure and building construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring project completion within the specified timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, resolving technical issues, and addressing challenges to maintain project progress.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Manage material procurement and logistics in coordination with procurement teams.
• Liaise with local authorities and consultants when required to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure and/or building construction.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Dubai Municipality G+1 approval (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction tools and software is an advantage.
