We're looking for an experienced and visionary Site Architect to join our site supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct thorough reviews and rigorous monitoring of all architectural submissions and construction-related deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and design intent
- Provide authoritative leadership and expert mentorship to architectural team members, fostering a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement
- Orchestrate seamless coordination between architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines, ensuring cohesive integration of all design elements and resolving interfacing conflicts efficiently
- Implement and oversee comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) systems in strict accordance with project requirements, industry best practices, and Saudi Arabia building codes and regulations
- Review and analyze the current IFC package and architectural documentation for completeness and compliance with project requirements
- Evaluate architectural plans, elevations, sectional drawings, and detailed specifications, identifying any shortcomings, discrepancies, or scope gaps and providing transparent recommendations for resolution
- Review and advise on all interfacing details with façade, landscape, interior design, and external areas, ensuring coordinated and constructable solutions
- Ensure that all standard details are provided and advise on additional details necessary for enhanced understanding and constructability
- Analyze and advise on specific details of handrails, corridors, staircases, and fire escape routes, conducting constructability studies in compliance with statutory authority requirements
- Review and advise on lift and vertical transportation details, ensuring compliance and coordination with interior design finishes
- Evaluate soft and hard landscape, swimming pool, and related architectural details, ensuring coordination and adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate architectural requirements with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, ensuring final fix compliance and efficient integration
- Review and advise on acoustic and lighting specialist requirements and project compliance
- Analyze parking strategy, MEP coordination, and statutory authority compliance
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and decisions transparently to all stakeholders, maintaining organized documentation and detailed records
- Minimum 10 years of professional consultancy experience in architectural project management and site oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of all finishing tasks, including painting, tiling, gypsum board installation, aluminum works, and woodworking
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel skills for analysis and documentation
- Demonstrated proficiency with scheduling software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and Saudi Arabia statutory authority requirements
- Proven track record in quality assurance and quality control processes for architectural projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with decisive decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support team members in a collaborative environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of architectural integrity
- Experience with MEP coordination and multi-disciplinary project integration
- Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Preferred: Experience working on large-scale commercial or hospitality projects in the Middle East region
- Preferred: Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and digital project delivery methods
