- Designing and developing advanced ServiceNow forms with complex workflows
- Writing and managing API scripts (e.g., for integrations with Bentley servers and other external platforms)
- Setup tickets tracking / monitoring capabilities for ticket managed in DEB teams.
- Writing technical and methodological support documentation
- Supporting and maintaining existing ServiceNow developments and future enhancements (including work done by predecessors or other developers)
- Providing Level 2 technical support (analyzing and resolving complex tickets related to ServiceNow developments)
- Contributing to Knowledge Management by sharing technical expertise and mentoring less experienced team members when needed
Required education:
Given the responsibilities outlined, such as designing complex ServiceNow forms and developing API integrations, seeking candidates with a Master's degree might be beneficial, especially if the role involves strategic development and mentoring responsibilities. However, experienced candidates with a Bachelor's degree and significant hands-on experience could also be highly effective.
Required Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced expertise in ServiceNow development (custom forms, complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts)
- Creating and managing API integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.), with specific experience connecting ServiceNow to external services such as Bentley servers is a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, custom apps)
- A high level of fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
- Capable of working autonomously without technical guidance
- Strong interpersonal skills for daily user interactions
- Ability to consolidate, understand, and communicate information both in writing and verbally
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
