About the Role

If yes — Egis Design Center Thailand wants you on our growing Systems Assurance team!
As our Senior System Assurance Engineer, you will:
✅ Lead & Deliver System Assurance Activities
- Prepare key RAMS deliverables: System Assurance Plans, Safety Plans, RAM Plans, Safety Case, Hazard Logs, and more
- Conduct RAMS analyses including PHA, SSHA, IHA, OSHA, FMECA, SIL determination, risk assessments, RAM predictions (Availability, MTBF, MTTR)
✅ Be a Technical Expert
- Review supplier documentation and ensure compliance with EN50126 / EN50128 / EN50129
- Provide technical advice throughout the entire project lifecycle
✅ Drive Project Success
- Manage suppliers to ensure timely and compliant RAMS outputs
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including system experts, interface managers, engineering teams, O&M, and external stakeholders
✅ Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation
- Support training initiatives to strengthen RAMS capabilities within the team
What do we need from you
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Railway, or related field)
- Master’s degree is an advantage
✅ Experience
- 8+ years in railway systems or broader engineering fields
- 3+ years in System Assurance / RAMS / System Safety
- Experience with international railway standards & technologies
- Exposure to major rail programs or international project teams is a plus
✅ Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of EN 50126 / 50128 / 50129 and CSM
- Experience with RAMS tools (ISOgraph, Reliasoft) — a plus
- Familiarity with DOORS / ComplyPro — a plus
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
