About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Spearhead structural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to international standards and local regulations
- Develop innovative structural solutions for different type of projects
- Perform advanced structural analysis and design calculations using state-of-the-art software
- Create and review detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the structural engineering team
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and schedule
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in structural design for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in reinforced concrete and steel design for complex structures
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
- In-depth knowledge of international design codes
- Strong technical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly desirable
