Role description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support recruitment across Egis UK & Ireland, with a focus on design-led, architecture, creative technical and built environment talent.
This role will deliver the full recruitment service across specialist and project-led hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and HR teams. You will support local UK & Ireland recruitment needs while also contributing to international hiring, talent mapping and global pipeline development where required.
The successful candidate will understand how to recruit talent in environments where creativity, technical capability, client delivery, portfolios, project deadlines and stakeholder confidence all matter. Direct architecture recruitment experience would be highly advantageous, but we are also open to candidates from parallel sectors such as design, interiors, creative production, spatial design, workplace design, urban design, landscape architecture, engineering design, property, development or built environment consultancy.
Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment across specialist design, architecture, creative technical and built environment roles, ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
· Partner with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and HR teams to understand current and future hiring needs and agree clear recruitment plans
· Source, engage and pipeline passive talent through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, industry networks and relevant events
· Use market insight, salary intelligence and competitor mapping to advise stakeholders, shape attraction strategies and support hiring decisions
· Maintain accurate recruitment data, ensure compliance with recruitment processes and contribute to employer brand, attraction and continuous improvement activity
Requirements
Essential
· Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, gained in-house, agency-side or within a blended recruitment model
· Experience recruiting specialist, project-led or hard-to-find talent across a relevant sector such as design, architecture, creative, technical, built environment, property, engineering, consultancy or professional services
· Strong sourcing capability, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement and building future talent pipelines
· Ability to build credible relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and HR teams, with the confidence to advise and challenge where needed
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, priorities and stakeholders while maintaining quality, pace and attention to detail
Desired
· Experience recruiting within architecture, interiors, workplace design, urban design, master planning, landscape architecture, creative production, engineering design or built environment consultancy
· Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing tools and recruitment data to support hiring activity
· Understanding of recruitment compliance, data accuracy and best practice hiring processes
· International sourcing or experience supporting hiring across more than one country or region
· HR exposure, particularly around workforce planning, offer management, compliance or stakeholder partnering
