- Support EPPI Operation Advisor representative in identifying opportunities for improved operational performance at the organizational level
- Draw up and / or review reports, organizational procedures, technical documentation;
- Support EPPI Operation Advisor representative in making sure the organizational procedures are understood and applied.
- Conduct regular visual audits of the facilities, main carriageway and equipment and produce audit reports, in compliance with contract requirements and company best practices.
- Conduct internal audits for client’s operation and EPPI operation
- Oversee the toll auditors in the routine audits of toll collection data (transactions, class discrepancies, collected revenues, revenue discrepancies).
- Manage the quality management system to achieve the overall goals of meeting the client’s and EPPI’s requirement.
- Reporting to MCX management on all quality control and quality assurance issues.
- Monitor the accuracy and exhaustiveness of data collected.
- Provide recommendations on business process improvements and best practices.
- Oversee the analysis of relevant project data to support recommendations for corrective action, improvements and best practices’ implementation on MCX.
- Monitor the production and the deadlines of the deliverables due to external stakeholders.
- Monitor the project’s performance against key performance indicators and delivery of all due contractual obligations.
- Assist in recommending and conducting trainings for the Staff.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or other equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in similar positions, preferably from a manufacturing company
- Proven experience in managing quality and process issues, audits (internal and external), and QMS documentations
- MS Office skills, proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in using Power BI and other tools is a plus
