About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager in the Infrastructure department, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from concept design to final implementation, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams, engineering consultants, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, strong leadership abilities, and a keen understanding of design and engineering principles to deliver projects that meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and large-scale urban developments, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
•    Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative and sustainable solutions, review engineering designs, and ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of plans.
•    Serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring that all project objectives are met.
•    Work closely with procurement and contracting teams to manage resources, including materials, labor, and equipment necessary for project execution.
•    Identify potential project risks, including design challenges or regulatory issues, and implement strategies to mitigate impacts on project timelines and budgets.
•    Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring that projects are delivered within financial parameters.
•    Establish detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and adjust schedules to accommodate unforeseen challenges, ensuring timely project delivery.
•    Provide regular updates and detailed project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, financials, and any key issues or changes.


What do we need from you

•    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
•    Minimum of 12 years of project management experience in design with infrastructure projects, with a focus on urban planning, utilities, and transportation systems. At least 5 years in a senior project management role.
•    Strong understanding of project management tools and design software such
•    Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Experience in overseeing design projects, from concept to execution, ensuring the integration of functional, aesthetic, and environmental considerations.
•    Familiarity with local and international building codes, environmental standards, and permitting processes.
