Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identifying resource requirements and allocating resources effectively.
- Establishing project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Scheduling:
- Creating and maintaining project schedules using tools like Primavera.
- Monitoring project progress and updating schedules accordingly.
- Identifying potential delays and devising mitigation plans.
Risk Management:
- Identifying and assessing project risks.
- Developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitoring and reporting on risk status.
Performance Monitoring:
- Tracking project performance against objectives and KPIs.
- Conducting regular progress reviews and status meetings.
- Generating performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Change Management:
- Managing project changes and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assessing the impact of changes on project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Implementing change control procedures.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Preparing and presenting project updates and reports.
- Ensuring alignment between project team and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
- Implementing quality control processes and audits.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Preparing detailed reports on project progress, issues, and risks.
- Ensuring documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
- Engineering Degree
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in planning and controls
