About the Role

This is a key role within our People & Engagement (P&E) team, responsible for supporting projects, learning and development initiatives, and HR operations across the region.

You will take ownership of P&E projects, Learning Experience Platform (LXP) administration, HR systems support, compliance, and process improvements, while partnering with regional and global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality people practices.

This is a hands-on generalist role suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and improving how things are done.


What do we need from you

You are a capable, detail-oriented HR professional with strong project management and learning & development experience. You understand the employee lifecycle, HR systems, and compliance requirements, and can partner across the business to deliver effective solutions.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated HR generalist experience, with a high attention to detail

  • Project coordination or management experience, including reporting and risk mitigation

  • Experience administering learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and developing training resources

  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and escalate when needed

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels

  • Discretion and confidentiality at all times

Preferred:

  • Proactive and curious mindset

  • Knowledge of HR legislation and compliance requirements

  • Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and analytics

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects and deadlines
