About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead complex mechanical engineering projects, develop innovative solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

  • Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using advanced CAD software
  • Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize designs and ensure product reliability
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of engineering projects from concept to production
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical engineering issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on product design and development
  • Proficiency in advanced CAD software, such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Strong skills in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other simulation techniques
  • Excellent project management abilities, including scheduling and budgeting
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing and documentation
  • Superior problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and their limitations
  • Familiarity with thermal and fluid systems
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior engineers
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related purposes
