Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Oversee the development of long-term master plans that align with the strategic goals of the organization or project.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage the planning process from conception through completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the plan are integrated and cohesive.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations and zoning laws.
• Community Engagement: Engage with community stakeholders to gather input and feedback

• Degree in Architecture / Urban planning or related discipline
• Minimum of 10  years of experience
