About the Role

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Master Planner with 10–15 years of professional expertise to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in urban planning, grading design, infrastructure coordination, and client-facing leadership. This role requires a balance of technical design skills, presentation excellence, and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality master planning projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, development, and delivery of large-scale master plans across various sectors.

  • Coordinate grading, infrastructure, and utilities with multidisciplinary design teams.

  • Manage and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and design workshops, ensuring project objectives are met.

  • Liaise effectively with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to secure approvals and align with regulatory requirements.

  • Provide design-oriented solutions, ensuring creativity and functionality in master plan layouts.

  • Guide and mentor junior planners and support staff on technical and design tasks.

  • Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with international and local planning standards.

What do we need from you

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of professional experience in master planning, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.

  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; additional knowledge of planning/design software is an advantage.

  • Proven experience in grading design and infrastructure coordination.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.

  • Strong understanding of local planning authority requirements and approval processes.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related discipline.
