Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and anchor multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
- Prepare project management plans to monitor progress and assess project issues and their impact on timeline and cost.
- Develop comprehensive master plans for urban projects, including urban design, infrastructure planning, and detailed project reports (DPRs).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, environment & financial experts, etc.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare bid proposals, including technical and financial aspects.
- Travel to project sites for data collection, conduct stakeholder consultations and attend client meetings.
- Share knowledge and build capacity within the junior team members.
- Bachelors in Architecture & Master’s degree in urban planning/ urban design with 12+ years of experience.
- Experience in master planning, urban design, and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent design thinking and representation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in GIS, CAD, Adobe Suite, and other planning software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
